Job Description

SUMMARY: The Technical Deployment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the provisioning of new credit card terminals prior to being shipped to customers. This role will facilitate technical setup of new equipment, complete data entry, and shipment responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Oversees initial setup of credit card swipe hardware customized to the customer

· Downloads and tests all processing solutions

· Ensures complete accuracy of downloaded files and corresponding materials

· Assists with troubleshooting and quality assurance testing for all new accounts prior to deployment

· Packings and ships products to merchants and customers

· Complete ordering, reporting, and shipment tracking in a timely manner

· Partner cross-functionally with different departments

· Research and resolve internal and external inquires Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety standards

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1 year of data entry experience

· Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to maintain organization while prioritizing responsibilities and workflows

· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

· Aptitude for understanding, interpreting, and analyzing data

· Commitment to continual job-related learning, including company systems and external processing platforms

EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma required
