As a result, we currently have an Integration Solution Consultant position open that will focus on increasing product adoption of the free edition of Celigo's integrator.io platform and help users meet their business needs while providing a path for them to explore the paid editions of Celigo's products. This person will be both an evangelist for the integrator.io platform and a user advocate to help meet their business objectives. This position can be located in our San Mateo, CA headquarter location or Roseville, CA. Who are we looking for?

• The right person for this job enjoys working with clients, has a high technical aptitude on business applications, has a strong client focus, exhibits the right communication skills, and is able to consult with clients on how to use integrator.io to improve and grow their business.
• A track record of taking ownership and delivering successful solutions to customers. * Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of audiences. * Understanding of Saas industry is preferred. * 2-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Technical Support Representative. * Bachelors Degree in Business or other related disciplines. What would you do, if hired? * Demo the integrator.io platform and be an evangelist. * Work with users to determine a practical application of the free integration flow. * Work with users to design and configure integration use cases using the platform. * Ensure that users are on boarded quickly and are actively using their free flow; resolve project issues. * Provide basic product education and technical support with common questions yet direct higher-level technical support as needed. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide a path and intro to sales. * Actively track product usage and follow-up as needed.
