NORTHERN CALIFORNIA / SACRAMENTO / BAY AREA - ESTIMATOR/SALESMAN
JOB TITLE Estimator / Salesman
JOB DESCRIPTION An Estimator / Salesman / Project manager for a specialty concrete construction company, specializing in lightweight and Gypsum Concrete Floor Systems. Working in the Floor Department to Estimate jobs, Sell and Manage jobs as well as customer relations, and assist in tracking and organizing ongoing projects.
JOB DUTIES:
· Able to read, analyze and Architectural and Structural plans.
· Presentations for Contractors and Developers.
· Proficient knowledge in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook, Salesforce is a plus.
· Able to define problems, interpret data, establish fact’s and draw valid conclusions that represent the Company’s interests.
· Strong verbal and written communication, organization, problem solving skills.
· ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, WITH LITTLE TO NO SUPERVISION.
· Traveling to worksites throughout Northern California
EDUCATION:
· 5+ years’ experience in construction field is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Employee required to remain in a seated position for continuous periods of time.
· Employee required to work a computer on a regular basis for continuous period of time.
· Employee required to raise or lower objects from one level to another occasionally during the day, 5 to 15 pounds.
· Employee required to walk considerable distances in the facility and on job site.
