Responsibilities: • Repair Excellence: Accurately diagnose and fix cell phone issues, delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience. • Sales and Upselling: Demonstrate a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to our business growth. • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, maintaining a collaborative environment that supports shared goals and values. Qualifications: • Previous experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred, but not required; we’re happy to train the right candidate. • A strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for keeping up with the latest technology. • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive and meaningful interactions. • Dependable, with a solid work ethic and a commitment to high performance in all tasks. • A humble attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
