About the Role:

Join MARTIN FAMILY BRANDS LLC as a Cellar team member and immerse yourself in the art of winemaking. Located in Romulus, NY, we offer a dynamic environment where passion for quality and tradition drives our success.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the cellar, including fermentation and aging processes.

Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Conduct regular quality checks on wine during various stages of production.

Participate in bottling and labeling operations to ensure product integrity.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cellar and surrounding areas.

Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in winemaking.

Document and report on production activities and outcomes.

Support seasonal harvest activities and other cellar projects as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a winery or cellar environment preferred.

Knowledge of winemaking processes and equipment is a plus.

Ability to lift and move heavy barrels and equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak seasons.

Basic understanding of safety protocols in a winery setting.

Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about the industry.
