Job Description

We are seeking a paralegal to become a part of our team! This is not an entry level position. Must have 3-5 years of prior experience as a paralegal in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open new files
• Handle no-fault and all aspects of plaintiff personal injury files from start to finish
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Obtain medical records and investigate facts to help in the prosecution of personal injury cases
• Litigation and trial preparation
• Record and store client information in the firm's case management system
• Heavy client contact

• Previous experience as a paralegal
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
