    Position Description:

    We are a well-established market leader in the immune monitoring field and are seeking Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The best CSRs can put themselves in their customer’s shoes, are patient and genuinely excited to help customers. Our mission is to build and maintain positive relationships with our customers by providing consistent, reliable, and personalized support. Your primary responsibilities will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide information about our various products and services.

    The Customer Support Representative will:

    • Help maintain high customer satisfaction by identifying, understanding, and promptly addressing customers’ needs
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and technical specifications
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a CRM system or ticketing platform
    • Generate reports, analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements
    • Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities to expand product knowledge and customer service skills

    Position Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) necessary to professionally and effectively interact with customers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
    • Experience working with a ticketing system
    • Experience/knowledge working with an ERP software system is a plus but not required
