    Cemetery Sales Manager Total Compensation: $150,000–$210,000+ (Base + Commissions + Bonuses) Relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate

    We are a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a Cemetery Sales Manager to lead one of our cemetery locations. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker with a heart for service and a track record of driving results in a quota-based sales environment.

    You’ll be responsible for managing cemetery sales operations, inspiring a small team, and ensuring every family we serve receives compassionate, exceptional care. This is not just a sales job—it’s a leadership opportunity with purpose.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead and manage all aspects of cemetery sales (pre-need and at-need), merchandise, and services

    Recruit, train, and coach sales professionals and support staff

    Supervise on-site office and grounds operations with a hands-on leadership approach

    Deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented service to families during difficult times

    Monitor and manage budgets, scheduling, performance metrics, and policy compliance

    Drive sales growth while upholding ethical standards and customer trust

    What You Bring

    Proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the cemetery, funeral, or pre-need industry

    Experience managing a sales team and achieving team-based performance targets

    Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to lead by example with integrity and professionalism

    Moderate technical skills: email, texting, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems

    Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

    Preferred Experience (Not Required)

    Cemetery, funeral, or pre-need sales

    Operations or supervisory experience in a service-oriented industry

    Compensation & Benefits

    Total compensation range: $150,000–$210,000+ depending on experience and location

    Substantial base salary, plus commissions and bonuses
