    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    The Officer Manager-Member Experience Consultant will support the company by managing day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency by planning and implementing operational excellence. This role is also responsible for enabling center growth through the management of potential patient pipeline, conducting face to face and or telephonic consultations, in addition to assisting our members with understanding the Cenegenics process as it relates to their respective needs and available options. To qualify for consideration, candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales in a fast-paced environment; will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility, high integrity, and elevated work ethic.  This role will also play an integral part in tracking and scheduling consultations for follow ups and lab reviews, answering phones, and coordinating physician/patient meetings, in addition to processing patient requests and maintaining/updating records/ files. In order to be successful in the position, the role requires strict attention to detail.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Establish and maintain point of contact relationship with all center patients, and provide front-line customer service

    ·         Make outbound calls on behalf of Center Physician to new, prospective leads and process closes for the center

    ·         Manage day to day scheduling for the center CEO, make travel, meeting and event arrangements

    ·         Coordinate all patient visits and process the fulfillment of all patient prescriptions

    ·         Procure and maintain new and existing patient contracts

    ·         Increase company growth by selling and signing new patients through strong negotiation and closing skills

    ·         Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes, including all documentation and program /payment options available.

    ·         Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience throughout the member lifecycle.

    ·         Maintain and develop a lead pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.

    ·         Demonstrate leadership within the center location to keep the entire team informed, positive, and energized to support the best possible member experience.

    ·         Performs all duties in accordance with Cenegenics policies and within the realm of the vision of Cenegenics.

    ·         Maintain HIPAA compliance

    ·         Prepare expense reports and maintain center bills

    ·         Manage Payroll

    ·         Manage social media outlets

    ·         Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic training objectives of the business.

    ·         Any other assigned duties as and when required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         HS Diploma or equivalent work experience.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    ·        3+ years customer service/sales experience

    ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·        Attention to detail skills a must

    ·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

    ·        Dependable

    ·        Able to type 35+ WPM

    ·        Professional demeanor and appearance
