PROGRAM COORDINATOR - DEVELOPMENT AND AWARDS PROGRAMS
THE POSITION:
We are looking for passionate, driven candidates to help solve our client’s complex problems and guide them towards operational success. Censeo is in search of a program coordinator who will oversee the management and day-to-day administration supporting both the CXO and Gears of Government Programs within the General Services Administration (GSA). In the role you will be the primary point of contact for the client and will ensure that all requested materials are delivered on time and with high quality. In the role you will support the execution and support of day to day challenges as well as longer term, strategic opportunities in managing these Professional Development and Awards Programs. Required Qualifications
BA/BS required with a strong academic background
4+ years of professional experience in program/grants/nonprofit management
2+ years managing or supporting professional development and/or awards programs
Experience managing teams supporting client-facing work, specifically with senior level government executives
Superior creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
Have consultant level experience developing presentation materials, specifically in PowerPoint and Google Slides
Ability to work effectively on projects with demanding deadlines in a team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
Ability to take initiative and ownership over project work and professional development
Superior organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to balance strategic thinking with management of daily tasks
Experience analyzing and managing budgets
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years serving as a program coordinator or consultant in a public sector environment
Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or hold a similar certification)
Experience working in or with a federal government agency, particularly the U.S. General Services Administration
THE LOCATION:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for recent college grads. For now, we’re all working from home. But normally, we work at an office conveniently located in the heart of downtown D.C., just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
THE FINE PRINT:
Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs
This is an exempt, full-time position
Compensation: $55,000-68,000 depending on experience
