We are looking for an energetic addition to our growing team to serve as an Accounting Generalist.

Res ponsibilities and Duties

1. Maintain accuracy of general accounting activity
2. Accounts receivable and payable management, aging analysis, collections, customer interface
3. Accounts payable management, vendor invoice entry and aging control
4. Basic General Ledger understanding
5. Bank account management and reconciliation
6. Primary activity will be spent working with Microsoft Excel
7. Perform reconciliations related to sales and or commission based activity
8. Fixed asset inventory tracking and control
9. Supply inventory management

Education, Knowledge and Skills

1. Minimum of an Associate's degree in business preferred, with focus on accounting and or finance
2. Three years’ job experience, accounting/finance
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English required
4. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
6. Strong interpersonal skills
