What You'll Be Doing

Helping customers with shipping, packaging, and other business services

Printing, copying, scanning, faxing, binding, and laminating

Working with computers, software, and various equipment

Helping customers both in person and over the phone

Listening to customers and finding solutions that meet their needs

Recommending products and services that are helpful to our customers

Keeping the store clean, organized, and professional

Working together with the team to keep things running smoothly

We're Looking for Someone Who Is…

A quick learner who is willing to learn all areas of the business

Comfortable using computers and technology

A good communicator with strong customer service skills

Detail-oriented and able to follow through

Comfortable working in a busy environment

Able to lift 40+ pounds

Must be available to work weekends.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Graphic design, printing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar experience is a big plus!
