Overview We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services, including shipping, packing, printing, and business services, while helping create a positive experience with every visit.
Total Compensation — Starting at $14.00/hour, Uncapped Growth Potential
We don't just pay hourly — we invest in you. Here's what your total compensation package looks like:
Expected Total Compensation: $14.75–$15.75+ per hour, including store performance bonuses.
💰 Base Pay: $13.00 - $14.00/hour 📈 Sales Bonus: Starts at $1.75/hour and increases with store performance - no cap on how high it can go 🎯 Incentive Pay: Average $50/pay period, with unlimited earning potential based on selling select services 🏥 Health Coverage: $40/month employer contribution toward the company-provided plan 💵 401(k) Match: Up to 4% match on your contributions

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
Recommend products and services based on customer needs
Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
Contribute to monthly sales goals and overall store performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Support daily store operations and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Comfortable interacting with customers and identifying their needs
Basic computer and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
