If you’re a BCBA in Florida, there’s a good chance you didn’t start this career to spend your days chasing billables, sitting in traffic, or absorbing the financial hit of someone else’s cancellation.

At Look Up Therapy, we built this center-based BCBA role in West Palm Beach as an alternative to that reality.

This is a fully in-center position—no home sessions, no windshield supervision, no unpaid drive time. Your workday happens in one place, with one team, and with the space to actually think clinically. We often say this role feels less like a production line and more like a clinical sanctuary—a collaborative home where BCBAs are treated as professionals, not productivity units.

You’ll be salaried, W-2, and protected from the most common stressor in Florida ABA: cancellations. If a client doesn’t show, you’re still paid. No scrambling. No pressure to overbook. No quiet resentment is building at the end of the pay period.

Your caseload is intentionally capped. Your billable expectations are realistic. And you won’t be fighting insurance companies or buried in authorization work—because we have a dedicated administrative team that handles Florida Medicaid and commercial insurance behind the scenes.

Most importantly, you’ll work with a stable RBT team. We pay our RBTs a living wage because we believe continuity matters—for clients and for clinicians. That means less retraining, more trust, and supervision that actually feels like mentorship.

This role is for the BCBA who still loves the science, cares deeply about ethical practice, and wants to do this work well—without burning out in the process.
