About the Role

Joyful Behavior is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for our Salisbury, MD clinic. You#39;ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents (toddlers through teens), delivering individualized ABA therapy under the clinical oversight of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who wants to see real, measurable progress in the kids they work with.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to BCBA-designed behavior plans
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention strategies in session
• Teach functional skills that support independence and development
• Document and track client progress accurately and consistently
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members

Qualifications

• RBT certification required, or willingness to obtain certification with company support
• 1+ year of experience working with children preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus $$
• Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a structured clinical setting
