    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator / manager who can effectively manage all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate sale or leasing transaction. In this position, the transaction coordinator / manager will be the behind the scenes force in supporting and coordinating all parties through the entire real estate transaction. Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Prepare listing contracts, addenda and leases Qualifications: Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred Passionate about providing excellent customer service A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • You love checklists and systems, are detail-oriented, and excel at following up, • Detailed understanding of PAR Agreement of Sale a must • You are experienced in Zipforms, DocuSign, DTR, BrightMLS, Google Apps for Work (G Suite), and Microsoft Office • You can quickly learn new applications (i.e., Airtable and Syncplicity) Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000
