We are seeking an enthusiastic real estate marketing intern to join our sales team in Center City, Philadelphia. We are recognized as one of Philadelphia’s top selling real estate sales teams and are proudly affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors®, the undisputed #1 market leader in Philadelphia, PA.  The intern will help develop our new real estate website and write unique content for our social media platforms and promotional materials. Responsibilities: • Work with agencies on website design, layout and search engine optimization. • Research and write unique website copy and content for blog posts, email newsletters and social media posts. • Write and create promotional pieces and materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, agent bios, and signs. • Write listing descriptions for properties. • Curate and edit photography for our website and other platforms. • Maintain content management systems. Qualifications: • You are an exemplary wordsmith. Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills a MUST • Knowledge of social networks (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) a MUST • Experience with website and database management, WordPress, SEO and Constant Contact (or equivalent) a plus. • Photography, Video and Graphic Design Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) a plus • You are an outgoing and collaborative individual that works well with teams • You demonstrate highly efficient organizational skills • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
