Center Clinical Medical Director – Primary Care (Outpatient)

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $280–$300K Base + Bonuses + Partnership (No Buy-In)

Our model gives physicians the time, resources, and smaller patient panels needed to provide genuinely relationship-based care. Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $280,000–$300,000
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
• Commencement Bonus: $50,000
• Partnership (no buy-in)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Clinic Hours: 7:30 am–5:00 pm
• Last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• MD or DO
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or primary care setting
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Local travel required; occasional regional travel
