Lead a Business That Changes Kids’ Lives We are looking for a Center Director / General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our center, lead our instructional team, and build strong relationships with families in the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, building a business, and making a real impact on students’ lives.

What You’ll Do

As Center Director, you are responsible for the success of the entire center. Your responsibilities include:

Managing all daily operations of the learning center

Meeting with families and enrolling new students

Leading, hiring, and coaching a team of instructors

Monitoring student progress and parent communication

Increase brand visibility and growth through school and community outreach, strategic partnerships, and engaging math-focused events

Manage and grow the center's social media presence

Plan and participate in community events to help bring brand awareness

Managing schedules, performance metrics, and overall profitability

Creating a fun, energetic environment where students enjoy learning math

Qualifications

2+ years of management or leadership experience

Schedule

Typical hours:

Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Sunday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Mathnasium instruction hours:

Mon–Thu: 4 PM – 8 PM

Sun: 2 PM – 6 PM
