Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Student Success Advisor II, on the Lee Campus to join our team of exceptional employees. Student Success Advisor is housed within the Office of Academic Advising, it provides direct service, support, and developmental advising to students and make appropriate referrals to College resources to promote student success. The Student Success Advisor aids student decision making by providing accurate information and options that are in the best interest of the student’s development, retention and completion, which are in accordance with College policies, procedures, and mission. This position sets the tone for a student-centered, high performance office that emphasizes excellence in service, quality, productivity, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors Degree in Child Development, Education, Family Development , Sociology or related field preferred plus one (1) year related work experience; OR Associates Degree in above or related field with three (3) years related work experience.
· Must have strong communication and computer skills.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, access to reliable, insured transportation.
· Obtain Physical Exam (Statement of Good Health) with TB test at time of employment with update every two years.
