About the Role:

The UPS Store #3271 in Somers, NY is looking for a motivated and hands-on customer-facing Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain strong operational standards in a busy The UPS Store location. The ideal candidate will:

Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow

Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals

Lead by example to deliver world-class customer service

Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships

Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours

Review and approve payroll and timesheets

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of customer-facing retail management experience

Proven leadership and team-building skills

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems

Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented

Available to work weekends as needed

Higher education preferred

New York Notary Public commission preferred
