Center for Spine and Orthopedics is hiring a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to perform the following: Establish rapport and develop relations with the community's physicians and patients, enhance online medical reputation for the clinic and providers, spearhead marketing efforts, develop/coordinate an annual events calendar and assist leadership with business development. Goals include increasing the company's brand awareness, boosting providers' on-line reputation, fostering physician to physician relationships, growing the referral base, attracting new physicians, penetrating new markets, and successfully directing the company's internal and external social and marketing events. This position requires calling on existing referring providers in person as well as going to new/prospective referring providers in person to solicit new business. The position requires in-person contact for many facets of the position. The candidate will track Key Performance Indicators, drive efforts toward corporate goals, provide marketing presentations, conduct market research, spearhead promotions, and create advertising materials. An ideal candidate understands strategic planning and tactical execution, communicates clearly and concisely, and is diplomatically savvy. The position reports directly to the CEO. The position requires experience in graphic design, sales, marketing, and advertising. Applicants should also have solid experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, working with display advertising and maintaining social media. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 to 1:00 pm. The weekend starts early with the half-day work schedule on Friday.
