    Position Title: Adult Ministries Coordinator Campus: ALL

    Reports To: Lead Groups Pastor Status: Part-time (28 hours), Non-Exempt

    Position Summary: The Adult Ministries Coordinator is responsible for the administration and organization of adult groups at Central. Connecting the body at Central to find community and their next steps through groups and events. The Adult Ministries Coordinator will support in the administration and organization of adult group life and events at Central. They will help support and plan Group Launches, coordinate groups on and off-campus including Rooted, Alpha, Cares and Marriage. Shall work with Men’s and Women’s staff teams to support group life and related events to ensure systems and structures are in place across all campuses. This position requires a wide range of relational, computer, administrative and clerical duties.

    This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate Group Launches

    Assist planning and execution of twice-yearly group launches.

    Manage planning of Group Leader Rallies twice a year.

    Monitor group connection requests in database.

    Recruit, train, and encourage volunteers to expand the impact of the Groups ministry.

    Build and manage registrations.

    Coordinate Group Systems

    Plan and oversee website content and updates for Group Ministry at Central.

    Oversee Group Leader onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completion.

    Track data and metrics concerning next steps and group engagement.

    Provide communication support in the form of proofreading, writing content, and coordinating mass communication efforts.

    Assist with coordination of ministry training and events.

    Office Support

    Schedule appointments, meetings, room reservations, and vans for Group activities.

    Order Group supplies and ministry materials.

    Submit check requests.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    3 years prior ministry experience, vocational or volunteer.

    Recent leadership experience of leading staff and volunteers.

    Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to administrate.

    Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

    Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and proficient in the application of Social Media.

    Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear;. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
