    Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Campus: Mesa

    Reports To: Marketing Director Status: Part-Time (28 hours)

    Position Summary:

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for conceptualizing, brainstorming, researching and executing the digital marketing strategy for Central Christian Church.

    This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate and lead digital marketing campaigns, create new and inspiring campaigns on a regular basis with internal and external partners.

    Build and lead weekend photography team for content creation.

    On campus Sunday services to capture photo and video footage

    Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website.

    Drive communication, promotion and visuals current on Central’s website by working directly with Central’s front-end web developer and ministry leaders.

    Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics via current marketing partners

    Collaborate, plan and design social media strategy to enhance the brand and online presence of Central Christian Church.

    Generate, edit, publish and share engaging social media content as needed (i.e. original text, photos, videos and news).

    Monitor Central’s social media accounts and offer positive interaction with users as needed.

    Collaborate with other ministries to ensure brand consistency on all digital marketing mediums.

    Collaborate and coach Campus Pastors and assist with managing content of their social media pages. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging social media content as needed (i.e. original text, photos, videos and news).

    Stay up-to-date with current algorithms, technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

    Perform research on current digital marketing trends and audience preferences.

    Work with Marketing Graphic Designer and Marketing Video Coordinator to create engaging content for all digital mediums.

    Collaborate with Marketing Graphic Designer on weekly/monthly schedule and plan for all social media.

    Manage current and timely communication, promotion and visuals on Central’s App.

    Other duties as assigned.
