    Position Title: Central Women Outreach Coordinator Campus: All

    Reports To: Central Women Pastor Office at: Mesa

    Status: Part Time

    Position Summary: Provide organizational support and implement overall ministry development of the Central Women’s ministry. Create and execute promotion plan for women’s events, including manage webpages and social media profiles. This position will include shepherding and developing leaders, as well as creativity and innovation to move the vision of Central Women forward. Dedicated church office hours to be determined. Position requires weekend service participation: attend one service, serve at one service.

    This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.

    Responsibilities:

    o Attend weekly team meetings and an active participant in team discussions, goal setting, implementation of programs and opportunities.

    o Represent Central Women well in interactions with ministry leadership teams, volunteers, Central staff, congregants and the public.

    o Develop relationships with Central Women leaders, volunteers, women of Central and women’s ministry leaders in the valley.

    Champion outreach and events for Central Women

    o Is Central Women’s event and outreach project manager.

    o Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and execution of projects, while remaining aligned with Central’s vision and mission.

    o Responsible for planning, budgeting and executing women’s events for all Central campuses.

    o Assembles and leads event/project teams.

    o Execute promotion for each event, including but not limited to email promotion letters, graphic creation, postcard design and printing and written posts for social media.

    o Create and manage event/project plans, tracks progress.

    o Has knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting smaller details of event/projects. Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise

    o Lead campus Event Team Leaders for congruent ministry vision when hosting events.

    o Train all Event Team members in ministry vision and philosophy to host relevant campus events of all sizes.

    o Create serving opportunities for the women at Central in all ministry areas.

    o Initiate promotional schedule for events; applying Central promotion protocol.

    o Technical and social media coordination for all outreach and event needs.

    o Perform all administrative duties needed for position.

    o Perform other duties as assigned.

    Participate in the leadership and implementation of ministry events, including but not limited to:

    o Central Women events and outreach opportunities

    o Central Women Studies

    o All-Campus ministry events

    o Leadership activities

    o Campus specific events

    Support the vision and direction of Central Christian Church and Central Women

    o Participate in “all-staff” events at each level.

    o Support all staff duties and functions for Central.

    o Perform other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    Ø Have minimum three years of ministry or non-profit experience through serving or vocation.

    Ø Proven leadership experience in project management.

    Ø Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

    Ø Have recent team building and team leadership experience in a ministerial or corporate environment.

    Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ø Be an innovator while executing daily tasks with excellence.

    Ø Be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word with demonstrated experience using social media.

    Ø Should have knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and provide a digital portfolio.

    Ø Must show evidence of multi-generational cultural awareness and ministerial forums for care and opportunities for women.

    Ø Social media platforms knowledge and experience in growing pages/groups a bonus.

    Ø Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the Church.

    Ø Financially support the vision of Central Christian Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.

    Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
