    Position Title: Wholistic Impact Lead Director – Local/Global Campus: Mesa

    Reports To: Executive Pastor – Wholistic Impact Status: Full-time

    Position Summary: This person leads the Wholistic Impact Ministry at Central and provides leadership to all areas of impact. Shall ensure the implementation of Central’s vision to encourage all Owners to live a lifestyle of complete surrender to the Lordship of Jesus, expressed by loving others. This includes – but is not limited to – those who are unreached, under-resourced, or facing injustice, both here and internationally. This person oversees staff and ministry teams associated with the Wholistic Impact Ministry.

    This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the vision, execution, and strategy of Wholistic Impact ministry (Global and Local)

    Networks and provides expertise and resources in all aspects of Wholistic Impact to advise Central leadership, staff, and congregation.

    Has proven experience in cross-cultural ministry.

    Leads the Wholistic Impact Staff in coordinating the alignment of all ministry activities

    Oversees and executes the Wholistic Impact budget

    Ensures compliance with Central organizational requirements/processes (ROCK, budgets, HR, calendaring, team event participation, etc.)

    Provides leadership to ensure that Central Owners continue to grow and be healthy across all campuses by casting vision and a variety of opportunities to choose to Love Beyond

    Recruit teams of volunteers to support our work internationally and engage Central Owners in Wholistic Impact ministry opportunities

    When appropriate, leads one Transformation Trip per ministry year

    Submits annual report of Wholistic Impact activities and involvements each ministry year

    Drives church engagement in Wholistic Impact Weekends and generous giving opportunities

    Cultivates relationships with organizations and ministries that Central can partner with

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    Proven leadership in project management

    Solid organizational skills, which include attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

    Be an innovator while executing daily tasks with excellence

    Is a team player and establishes healthy working relationships with others

    Effectively communicates through listening and providing constructive feedback. Keeps short accounts with the team.

    Be a leader who develops leaders

    Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in the changing work environment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word with demonstrated experience using social media

    Must show evidence of multi-generational cultural and global awareness

    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to twenty-five pounds.
