Position Title: Filmmaker & Motion Graphics Animator Campus: All

Reports To: Media Team Lead Status: Full time

Position Summary:

Work with the Media Team Lead and Film Team to create series motion graphics and videos that support the mission of Central Christian Church. Oversee the technical aspects of a shoot through camera work and lighting. Work on crafting content that evokes a positive emotional response and/or effectively communicates church information.

This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.

Responsibilities:

Ø Work with the Media Team Lead and Film Team to come up with creative video and graphic ideas for series graphics, bumpers, creative pieces, testimony videos, and more.

Ø Oversee the technical aspects of a shoot through camera work and lighting.

Ø Film/Edit videos that convey Central’s values and effectively communicate Central’s goals.

Ø Edit various projects while keeping a focus on the storyline and how it will fit within a service.

Ø Color grade creative and unique elements

Ø Create motion graphic-based elements when needed.

Ø Network with other creatives and contractors

Ø Help train new team members and volunteers by communicating Centrals standards and sharing knowledge of skills and equipment.

Ø Research current media to keep up to date with the latest video and motion graphics trends.

Ø General downloading, uploading, and converting of videos for web use.

Ø Other duties as assigned.
