CENTRAL COAST HOME HEALTH is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a FULL-TIME OR PART TIME HOSPICE LVN to join our team for the 5 Cities/Santa Maria/Lompoc area.

The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation. No Night Call!!

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Current California LVN license

• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience

• Reliable vehicle to drive for work

• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record

• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage

• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification

• Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus

Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $29.00 to $32.00 per hour.  Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.  Typically, new employees are hired in the lower 50% of this range.
