    Central Coast Home Health and Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout both the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are growing rapidly and seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Human Resources Recruiter to join our team!

    The ideal candidate will have education and/or experience in human resources, as well as work experience in an office setting. Primary responsibilities include developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or HR staff during the offer process, identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.  

    Requirements include:

    • Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office and a variety of other web-based programs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law, health benefits, and human resources functions
    • Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment
