Human Resources Generalist (SLO Office)
Central Coast Home Health and Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout both the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are growing rapidly and seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have education and/or experience in human resources, as well as work experience in an office setting. Primary responsibilities include benefits administration, worker’s compensation, leaves of absence management and tracking, utilization of HRIS system to manage electronic employee files & tracking employee information for compliance, occasional assistance with recruiting efforts, onboarding and new hire orientation, and other HR related duties for our 300+ employees, as well as assisting with special projects.
