Central Coast Hospice is a fast-growing organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are expanding our hospice services and seeking a Musician to perform for our hospice patients in the North SLO County/Coast area. Experience performing music of various genres preferred.

 Hospice is a rewarding career for self-motivated, organized, and compassionate individuals who work well with minimal direction, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:  Must be able to work up 20 hours a week. Patient visits are generally Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM to 5PM.

Requirements:

• Understand the hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying
• Musical proficiency with instrument and/or voice.
• Sufficient repertoire of popular songs, and/or relaxing instrumental selections.
• Open to working with people of different cultures, beliefs, values and lifestyles.
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean background & driving record
• Maintain auto insurance coverage
• Hospice and/or music therapy experience preferred.
