Responsibilities: • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships: Establish trust and ongoing communication to understand and support clients’ long-term financial needs. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions: Conduct personalized evaluations to match clients with the most suitable policies. • Present and sell life insurance policies effectively: Clearly explain product options, benefits, and terms to help clients make informed decisions. • Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process: Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted promptly to streamline approvals. • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements: Maintain up-to-date knowledge to ensure compliance and deliver informed guidance. Qualifications: • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Life Insurance license and FINRA investment licenses (e.g., Series 6 or 7), or willingness to obtain them within 60–90 days. • Proven sales and prospecting experience , preferably in insurance or financial services. • Self-starter with strong prospecting and networking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage leads and client records. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.Bilingual abilities are a plus (but not required). Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
