Registered Nurse – Home Health Agency

Job responsibilities included but are not limited to:

· Skilled Home Health Visits for assessment and provision of care

· Admit patients while completing clinical documentation as required

· Assess patient status and develop plan of care

· Provide patient updates and confer with members of the VNA team in order to provide optimal patient care

We offer a very competitive pay rate and benefit package in addition paid mileage and travel time.

Applicant should have current license as a Registered Nurse.
