    Human Resources Manager

    The Human Resources manager will lead the HR function at Centrix Health Resources which is a home health company that provides home health, hospice, and durable medical equipment. The Company’s Sunrise Health Services home health agency is a leading home health agency in Phoenix with a 4.5 out of 5.0 Medicare STAR quality rating and reputation for quality care.

    This is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR manager to join a rapidly growing healthcare business. The HR manager will be a valued member of the team working directly with Centrix’s executives and directors on important initiatives.

    We are looking for an individual with experience in human resources and administration.Employee benefits include insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.

    Job Responsibilities Include:

    · Leading the recruitment of new employees including finding candidates, selling candidates on the Centrix vision and culture, vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contracts.

    · Provide orientation for new employees including an overview of the company, information packets, reviewing company policies, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures and copies of documents.

    · Assist directors with onboarding and training new employees.

    · Support existing employees to promote employee satisfaction including fostering a positive culture, hosting events, giving surveys and answering HR questions.

    · Act as a first port of call to employees and external partners for HR related queries.

    · Manage Paycom HR management system.

    · Administers employee benefit program.

    · Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information

    · Assist directors with HR related compliance of healthcare laws including maintaining employee files and following healthcare laws.

    · Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

    · Preparing and amending HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides

    · Coordinating HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars

    · Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications

    · Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency

    · Assisting with any other tasks may be necessary, as and when they arise.

    Necessary Skills Include:

    · Good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.
