    Job Description

    Suggested Job Duties Director of Member Relations (DMR) on various projects for a global organization, and projects to include the COO and others on the team. Member Services • Website Updates/Changes o Website registrations – help process and verify user o Manage user experience o Handle daily communications re: user inquiries, updates, registrations and auto responses. o Maintain & update contacts and content on the website as requested o Assist with user training. o Develop and maintain online calendar • Admin Research/ Reporting o Gather data & run reports when requested Events • Event Coordination – Onsite & Virtual o Work with the DMR in the planning and organization of events including annual and regional conferences; trade events, networking functions and online meetings o Design, agendas, meeting materials o Evaluate event registrations and follow-up on any discrepancies of information; o Cross reference reports as needed o Help develop content for event confirmation, cancellation, and general information emails; etc. Recommended Skills/Experience • Tech savvy and comfortable using various software platforms (quick study) • Event planning experience, travel coordination is a plus • Great interpersonal skills; Excellent communication skills • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Team player; willing to contribute to other projects and admin roles as assigned • Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable with deadline-driven environment • College degree (marketing, communications, business administration, project management, or related field preferred) • Experience working in legal sector, with a global organization or non-profit associations a plus

Contractors may work in the office, or remote, depending on the projects and the need for team dynamics. East coast time zones preferred, though not required. Due to the multi-cultural nature of the client, a second language skill is helpful, but not required.
