Part of the job is using user-friendly software and part of it is calls/texts/emails/ dropping ringless voicemails with seller leads. From time to time, we may ask you to pitch in on other parts of the process as well. This job does take a good deal of a time commitment and once you get rolling and trained in, expect to work some nights and weekends here and there (but not every day or even every other day). Being responsive to get the deal closed is so very important in this position! It’s not your ‘typical’ 8 to 5 kind of job. We would start you out with base pay + commission for a few months and then would transition you entirely to commission once you have deals rolling in. Qualifications: • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to work remotely, collaboratively and independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings • Experience in real estate or land acquisition is a plus, but not required
