Centurion Selection is a Specialist Construction and Property Recruitment Agency based in Houston, Texas. We are a a fast growing business backed by leading players in the global recruitment sector. We’re offering you a chance to be in on the ground floor as we seek to build a premier recruitment service. As part of our launch we’re looking to hire trainee Recruitment Consultants. The role will report into one of our experienced Sales Managers and offers an entry position to individuals looking to break into the recruitment sector. If you have ambition and an entrepreneurial mind-set we’ll supply the training, coaching and encouragement to help you develop. Initially you will be working closely with your Manager to help the business identify and hire the best talent for our clients, later we will develop your skills as a marketer and sales person, allowing you to build a successful career. No two days in recruitment are the same and you may find yourself doing the following:

• Networking and developing business with clients; which could be face to face, over the phone or via video conference.
• Advising on hiring strategies for clients
• Headhunting high performing talent through a "project focused" talent mapping process
• Offering career advice to candidates
• Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates and checking their suitability for opportunities
• Negotiating pay and salary benefits for candidates

As this is an entry level role we don’t expect you to have prior recruitment experience, though any past sales or customer services experience would be beneficial. We’re looking for new hires with enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed for themselves and the business. We are offering a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn commission on your placements. We view our new hires as our future Managers so there is great long term career growth potential.
