    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Prepare orders for production.
    • Manage orders from order placement to completion.
    • Schedule orders on calendar
    • Database management, data entry, and reporting
    • Interpret sales program and promotions accurately
    • Problem solving while analyzing multiple factors
    • Assist other departments as necessary
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years' experience in the administrative support field.
    • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.
    • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong task and time management skills.
    • Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts.
    • Professional appearance and courteous manner.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
    • Must be able to bend at waist, knees and stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats.
    • Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary.
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
