Job Description

Looking for temporary intern position to develop a quality tracking system for approximately 10 users.  Database programmer that can develop a quality tracking computer database.  Looking for someone that can write new code using the tools in MS Access, Visual Basic, SQL, and the manipulation of Microsoft Office products to extract information.  Understanding of Power BI a plus.  

Qualifications

Experience preferred in one or more of the following:

• MS ACCESS A MUST
• Visual Basic
• SQL
• Microsoft Office

Program Features to be incorporated:

• Pull down menu to track items to be checked by inspector.
• Leave ability to easily change and add items in future
• If defect found leave open, assign responsible and allow closure
• Ability to check for open items and print list by HIN (Boat Hull ID number)
• Allow certain defects to send automatic email based on rule set
• Ability to track variable data in same system and red flag limits
• Every table to be linked by HIN
• Allow to attach pictures
• Allow full report by HIN in future
• Have ability to track defect trends in future
