Responsibilities: • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
