    Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunities? Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and accountability for goals. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Control expenses and monitor budgets • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Strong organizational and planning skills • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
