    We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Qualifications: • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Bachelor’s degree required • Familiar with online job posting tools Compensation: $75,000 per plan
