    Our mission is to create a first-class buying and selling experience for all clients and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title, or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner. Responsibilities: Transaction Administration: • Process Agent’s Commission Checks • Enter needed information into the various company systems. • Handle transaction deposits in accordance with company procedures • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactionsGeneral Admin:   • Complete administrative duties: All aspects of small office management including mail, filing and filing systems (electronic and hard copy), correspondence, order office supplies as needed, errands, etc. • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker • Meet and greet visitors to our office in a professional and friendly manner • Process Staff Payroll • Create, update, and manage Agent’s files. • Assist Marketing Director with creating and scheduling artwork for social media platforms • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable • Invoice vendors/partners and track vendor payments Qualifications: • Great written and verbal skills • Must be organized, proficient and on-time • High school diploma or equivalent required • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality • Spanish speaker preferred but not required Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
