Responsibilities: • Support Brokerage owner with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to close • Facilitate and refine our educational programs with a focus on providing a memorable and fun learning experience • Measure what's working and what's not and report progress on a regular basis • Identify and qualify high-performing real estate agent candidates • Maintain, build, and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Expand prospecting sources to include networking events and local professional organizations • Work well individually or in a team environment • Strong track record making outbound recruiting calls (approximate 50+ calls a day) Qualifications: • Are knowledgeable of G-Suite (Google Docs) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems • A great conversationalist • Great communication skills • Strong recruiting background with some real estate experience, preferred • You are a sales pro; you can juggle multiple responsibilities while staying focused on targeted goals • Strong track record making outbound recruiting calls (approximate 50+ calls a day), preferred but not required • A true professional with a strong sense of urgency • You have a passion for what you do • You keep focus on the end-goal • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility • You look, speak, and act the part Compensation: $45,000 -$60,000 yearly + bonuses
