Responsibilities: • Recruit and hire real estate agents • Facilitate and refine our educational programs with a focus on providing a memorable and fun learning experience • Measure what's working and what's not and report progress on a regular basis • Identify and qualify high-performing real estate agent candidates • Support Brokerage owner with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to close • Maintain, build, and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Expand prospecting sources to include networking events and local professional organizations Qualifications: • Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems • A great conversationalist, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility • Strong recruiting background • Great communication skills • Wants to make money • Real estate experience nice, but not necessary • You are a sales pro; you can juggle multiple responsibilities while staying focused on targeted goals • Strong track record making outbound recruiting calls (approximate 50+ calls a day) • A true professional with a strong sense of urgency; you look, speak, and act the part Compensation: $45,000 -$75,000 base salary plus significant bonuses
