    We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our growing team. This position is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week). Responsibilities include duties such as, but not limited to, keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the agent in other responsibilities as assigned and may include social media marketing and planning client events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented and organized. Real Estate License preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Qualifications: Either already has or is working towards real estate license High school diploma or equivalent required Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Great written and verbal skills Previous experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly DOE
