Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch and prepares related reports and audits to monitor efficiency of operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Back up to front desk for answering calls and getting clients to the appropriate party / take messages
• Manages Shipping of all packages and manage incoming mail
• Prepare net sheets
• Receipt in Wires /Checks and Upload to RBJ as a back up to officer per request
• Order Reports per contract
• Request Wire Instructions, Tax Roll, Title Fees
• Prepare Escrow folder
• Update Payoff Statement –if applicable
• Send SI’s to title to clear
• Follow up with lenders on status of loan approval/loan documents
• Order any liens & Clean up any clouds on title
• Order Solar Transfers/Terminations
• Package loan documents
• Prepare Recording Package for Title
• Confirm funding and coordinate recording with the title company
• Send out final closing packages per officer’s request
• Clear Outstanding checks
• Prepare files for filing/data records

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Escrow Assistant with experience is required.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• High energy, self-motivated and service-oriented attitude;
• Good working knowledge of Email and internet;
• Experience with RBJ a plus but not required;
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
