    We’re hiring a motivated real-estate leadership role in the business by providing marketing, lead generation and administrative and sales support to the Brokerage and the realtors. Responsibilities includes marketing, managing and tracking all trades, listings, referral programs, client services and full administrative and office support to all real estate transactions and initiatives and of an active successful realtor team.  The role is broad, as well as to coordinate all marketing efforts and effectively manage all internal resources and communication. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Should also be willing to work in a TEAM Environment. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Follow up with leads and past clients to assist the sales team • Be responsible for various marketing and social media-related tasks for the team Qualifications: Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Great written and verbal skills • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Background in real estate is required for this position • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Compensation: $50,000+
