    Client Care Coordinator We’re searching for the next member to join our Team! Must be extremely organized, possess good people skills, a pleasant phone manner, extremely computer literate, and have a car. Previous experience working in real estate is a MUST. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Responsibilities: • Communicating with Buyers and Sellers on an on-going basis • Enhancing Client Experiences with the Team • Scheduling & Receiving Testimonials • Monthly Scheduled Interactions for Database • Monthly Anniversary Cards • Client Events: Scheduling, Preparing, Contacting Clients, Working with Admin • Schedule & Send Mass Emails/Market Updates/Newsletters to Database • Deliver Pre-Listing Packages • Schedule Pre-Listing Activities: Photography, Pre-Inspections, Property Details & Measurements, Etc • Provide Weekly Showing Feedback • Install Lockboxes • Set up Home Inspections & Property Visits • Coordinate Open Houses • Return Calls from Agents • Oversee communication within the Team Qualifications: Great written and verbal skills Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Weekend and evening availability • Real estate license is an asset • 6 months minimum real estate experience Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 plus opportunity for bonuses
