We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales associate to play a key role on our team. Our ideal candidate is good at finding sales opportunities, making qualified leads, and passing them on to our buyers' and sellers' agents. Responsibilities: • Set showing and listing appointments for the sales team • Keep a comprehensive list of leads using CRM, ensuring that agents have the most current information to progress the listing and closing processes • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Address and support OSA's who are experiencing challenges with clients or processes Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strongly preferred to hold a real estate license or currently pursuing one • At least one year of experience in sales, such as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or a related role • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree is preferable Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 yearly
